BergenShaw International understands that the needs of
every organization are unique and is committed to provide the exact
combination of installation, training, and support services each organization
requires.
Each
Focus
site license includes two days of
on-site support for software installation, system administration training, and
user training. Focus
has been designed to be easily integrated into a customer’s
information technology infrastructure. All
that is required is read access to a directory of input files, write access
to a directory for output files, and support for a Microsoft Outlook e-mail
client. However, for those
customers with special requirements, BergenShaw offers custom programming and
integration services. Additional
installation and training days and custom programming and integration services
may be purchased at BergenShaw’s then current support services rate.
The first year of e-mail and telephone technical support
for two customer designated Master Users and software updates are included in
each Focus site license. BergenShaw
strives to respond to all support enquiries within 24 hours and to provide both
product maintenance and user requested enhancements in each software update.
On going technical support and software updates, after the first year,
are billed annually at 20% of the then current Focus
site license fee.
All out of pocket travel and accommodation expenses
incurred while delivering free or fee based services to a customer are the
responsibility of that customer.
